Shipping

We aim to dispatch all products that are in stock on the same day, on orders received by 2.30pm Monday to Friday. Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday, not including Public Holidays.

Transit times are approximate estimations supplied to us by the postal suppliers and are based on working day services.

 

Standard & Express Services are currently supplied by Australia Post.

We are unable to guarantee that the above service is able leave packages in other places, other than the stated delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment, however caused. Neither can we be held responsible for lost orders during the shipping of goods.

 

If your items have not arrived, we can advise you of any tracking numbers for your parcel. Please contact us with your order number and purchase date if you require shipping tracking number.

 

International shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, USA, and New Zealand

 

Returns

All eligible refund, replace and repair requests must be made within 30 days from the time of receiving the goods.

 

PDF Files & Download

Please choose items carefully as we do not provide refunds or exchanges for any PDF files or downloads.

 

Change of mind

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for incorrect choice or change of mind for online purchases.

 

When is the customers entitled to a refund?

When the product:

• Has a fault that is not an intended as part of a handmade item

• Does not match the sample or description the customer was shown

• Is of poor quality

Under these circumstances, customers may negotiate with staff so an appropriate solution is found such as repair, replacement or refund.

 

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds, replace or repair arrangements must be accompanied with Proof of Purchase upon request.

In the case that the goods in question are intitled to a refund, replacement or a repair Inkblot Lane will pay for additional postage charges.
